DAY 2:
On the second day, the focus shifts to exploratory data analysis (EDA) and data visualization. The morning session covers descriptive statistics, pattern identification, and feature engineering.
DAY 3:
Day three introduces supervised learning with a focus on regression. The morning session covers the basics of supervised learning, linear regression models, and their assumptions.
DAY 4:
The fourth day is dedicated to classification algorithms. The morning session covers logistic regression, decision trees, and k-Nearest Neighbors, along with model evaluation techniques like confusion matrices and ROC curves.
DAY 5:
Participants explored unsupervised learning on the fifth day, starting with an introduction to its applications and key differences from supervised learning. The morning session covers clustering algorithms such as k-means, hierarchical clustering, and DBSCAN.
DAY 6:
The final day emphasizes model deployment and a capstone project. The morning session introduces model deployment using Flask and Django, building REST APIs, and deploying models on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
